Ways to Take Care of Your Teeth Naturally

The teeth are an essential organ in the body because of the various functions it renders to human beings especially. It helps to chew foods into digestible substances that can go into our stomachs.   1. Do not smoke or take tobacco

    Are you a smoker or tobacco? There is a saying that ‘smokers are liable to die young’. However, when you smoke and take tobacco, you are likely going to taint and stain your teeth brownish yellow. This process will give you mouth odor and bad breadth. You may also have gum cancers and disease.
  2. Limit your intake of sugary foods, candies, and gums.

  3. Learn to scrape your tongue always

    Do you always scrape your tongue regularly? You can use some objects to scrape your tongue carefully.   5. Limit the quantity of alcohol you take

    Do you know that banana peels can whiten the plaque on your teeth and leaving it shining whiter? You can whiten the tartar and plaque on your teeth by rubbing it with banana peels every day. After a couple of weeks, it will be glaringly whiter than you can imagine. It is a unique way to combat plaque and tooth decay.
